To my understanding the TSH test is the same everywhere (maybe some "fine tuning differences" but basically the same) so the ranges are pretty much similar. TSH of 45 means hypothyroidism and calls for additional testing (at least FT4 and thyroid antibodies) and treatment for HypoT.
