It doesn't fix all the issues but it offers solutions in certain cases adaptively. If you are in group 1 or 3 then Adaptive Vsync might be for you as it offers the best of both worlds without having to choose. Otherwise, you should be using Vsync + TB always and just ignore Adaptive Vsync.
