If I use a smith machine I can go up to about 225 in a squat, but when I try thrusters or OVH squats even with DB I can't go above 25 lbs. I was a competitive powerlifter in college. 500lb squat no suite. 705 DL. So I am looking for help, guidance from the crossfit community.
